Terms & Conditions – Novalery

1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through Novalery and to all agreements between Novalery and the customer.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Products
Novalery sells food supplements and related wellness products.
Our products are not intended to replace a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Always use products according to the recommended daily serving shown on the packaging.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition, we recommend consulting a qualified healthcare professional before use.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
Available payment methods are shown during checkout.
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
Delivery times shown on our website are estimates. Delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control may occur.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct name and delivery address.
5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, subject to applicable exceptions.
Novalery may offer a longer return or money-back period where stated on the website.
For health and hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed supplements may not be eligible for return where applicable under consumer law.
Please contact our customer service before returning an order.
6. Subscriptions
When choosing Subscribe & Save, the customer enters into a subscription with a minimum commitment period of 2 months.
The subscription cannot be normally cancelled during the initial 2-month minimum term.
The customer remains responsible for all scheduled payments and deliveries during this minimum period.
The subscription price, delivery frequency, and minimum commitment period will be clearly displayed before checkout.
7. Cancellation After the Minimum Term
After the initial 2-month commitment period, the subscription may be cancelled.
Where applicable, the cancellation notice period will not exceed one month.
Subscriptions entered into online may also be cancelled online or by contacting Novalery customer support.
Cancellation will stop future subscription deliveries after the applicable cancellation period has ended.
8. Automatic Payments
By starting a subscription, the customer authorises Novalery and its payment provider to automatically charge the selected payment method for future subscription payments.
The price and billing frequency will be shown before the subscription is confirmed.
9. Subscription Changes
Where available, customers may request changes to their subscription, including delivery address or delivery date.
Pausing or changing a subscription does not automatically shorten the initial 2-month minimum commitment unless Novalery agrees otherwise.
10. Order Cancellation
We process orders as quickly as possible.
If an order has already entered processing or has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that it can still be cancelled.
11. Health Information
Information provided on the Novalery website is intended for general product and wellness information only and should not be considered medical advice.
Individual results may vary.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Novalery is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use of products, use contrary to product instructions, or exceeding the recommended daily serving.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights.
13. Complaints
If you experience an issue with an order or product, please contact our customer service team so we can help resolve the matter.

14. Changes to These Terms
Novalery may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
For existing agreements, the terms applicable at the time the agreement was entered into will generally continue to apply unless a change is legally permitted or accepted by the customer.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in the customer’s country of residence.
